O Papa Bento VI, mais conhecido da saga Star Wars como Imperador Palpatine, visitará New York na semana que vem.
Os ingressos para ver a chegada do Palpa já estão a venda. Na verdade a arquidiocese de New York anunciou hoje que 5 mil ingressos para o evento iriam a venda. TUDO ESGOTADO.
A parte engraçada dessa história é que no website da arquidiocese se encontra a seguinte mensagem:
“Due to an overwhelming response from parishioners, Manhattan churches as well as on this website, ticket applications will no longer be accepted for the arrival of the Holy Father at the Cathedral of St. Patrick.
However, there is another opportunity for you to greet the Holy Father and recieve his blessing. On Saturday, April 19th he will be traveling in the popemobile up 5th Avenue from the area of St. Patrick’s Cathedral to 72nd Street at 1:15 pm. No tickets are necessary for this event.
We suggest that you arrive early to obtain a good spot along the popemobile route.”
